Overview Are you a detail-oriented Tax Manager with a passion for working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates ? Our growing firm is looking for a dynamic professional to lead complex tax engagements and mentor a strong team—all while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid schedule based in Tacoma, WA . Compensation This range is provided by Talent Edge Recruiting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range : $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Experience: 3–5 years in tax management Salary: $130K-$160K per year, potential bonus, generous benefits plan & PTO, and more! What You’ll Do Review and prepare complex individual, trust, estate , and business tax returns Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to HNW clients and families Lead and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants Research and resolve advanced tax issues , including multi-state filings Ensure compliance with all federal and state tax regulations Collaborate on client relationship management and act as a trusted advisor What You Bring Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, etc. Active CPA license 3–5 years of experience in tax management Strong background in 1040s, trusts, and estate returns Business return experience ( 1065, 1120S ) is a plus Proven ability to research complex tax issues and communicate solutions clearly Experience with multi-state taxation Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for client service and mentoring CCH Suite (Axcess Tax, Engagement, Firm) Access Tax Microsoft Excel Special Considerations LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
