Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Core Financials

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs. Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support. Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design. Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations. Qualifications 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP. Hands‑on experience designing solutions across multiple finance processes and modules. Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments. Ability to manage complex global designs (multi‑GAAP, multi‑COA, multi‑currency). Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Consulting background strongly preferred. Oracle certifications are a plus. Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration. The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions. Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams. Benefits and Compensation The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 – 170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay‑for‑performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 – 212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
