- Coordinate supply of direct and indirect materials in alignment with customer demand and forecast.
- Expedite and prioritize component supply for production to meet customer line downs.
- Ensure adequate workflow of direct and indirect materials from the warehouse to production lines to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and cycle count reporting.
- Collaborate with corporate purchasing, supply planning, and customer service.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers and indirect material vendors.
- Responsible for supervising a team of 10-15 operative supply chain employees.
- Ensure TMOS operational imperatives of Safety, Quality, and Delivery are executed every hour, every shift, and every day.
- Develop strong performers and mitigate bottom performers through performance evaluations and performance improvement/development plans.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Two-year degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.)
- Four-year degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.)
- Skills in supervision of personnel and group facilitation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, operations management, production control and quality control.
