Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team, working flexible day and evening shifts in a dynamic café environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year in food service, excel in customer communication, and be skilled in espresso machine operation. You will contribute to a small to medium-sized team, ensuring customers receive quality service and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
Responsibilities/ requirements
- Must be 21+
- Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
- Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately
- Take customer orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food service
- Proficient in espresso machine operation
- Strong customer communication skills
- Cash register operation and basic math skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
