6-month contract engagement. This is a consultant-style role focused on upscaling site operations, standardizing processes, and reopening the site for enrollment. The specialist will serve as a proactive backfill to ensure site stability and growth.

• Process Optimization: Create, implement, and ensure adherence to SOPs to improve site quality and compliance.
• Site Scaling: Upscale the site by managing open enrollment and correcting legacy operational issues.
• Site Coverage: Primary responsibility for the Los Alamitos location with periodic travel to the satellite site in Torrance, CA.
• Consultancy: Act as a subject matter expert to mentor existing staff and ensure they are fully functional.

Experience Required:

• Clinical Research Coordinating experience
• Oncology experience
