In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a sector driven by performance, precision, and excellence. As part of our client's forward-thinking environment, you'll help ensure the highest standards in quality management while contributing to the success of cutting-edge projects in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities for new product launches and engineering changes. Manage PPAP submissions and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using tools such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams. Interface directly with OEM customers on quality issues and audits. Monitor and analyze quality metrics (e.g., scrap, rework, customer complaints) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within high volume manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
