About This Role

Academically and spiritually, we are seeking a teacher who brings creativity and commitment to the classroom, influencing students to reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who not only teaches but also disciplines students with a heart for their spiritual growth.

What You'll Do

Teaching according to the Danielson Framework is a key aspect of this role:

  • Planning and Preparation: By applying knowledge of content and pedagogy, knowing and valuing students, setting instructional outcomes, using resources effectively, designing and analyzing assessments.

Creating a respectful and affirming environment, fostering a culture for learning, and maintaining purposeful environments are crucial.

Coordinating and planning excursions following Field Trip Protocols and working with grade level groups for field trips, guest speakers, and media to enhance instruction and provide extension of learning opportunities are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Able to positively supervise and mentor aides and other personnel (support staff, volunteers, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:
