Controller

About The Company Our client is a luxury consumer goods company seeking a Controller who will provide strategic and hands‑on accounting work for the growing company. Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily cash flow including transfers, funding needs, and working capital management. Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, and payroll duties daily. Lead and manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes. Prepare and review journal entries and accruals. Perform and oversee bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations. Produce financial reports, cash flow statements, dashboards, and KPIs. Build financial models, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Prepare budgets vs. actuals including variance analysis and reporting. Oversee inventory valuation and ensure alignment between financial and operational data. Manage onboarding of payroll/benefits set‑up for new employees. Oversee company health benefits, 401(k), and retirement accounts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. CPA preferred. 8‑10 years of related accounting experience. Experience managing a team. Experience in NetSuite, Shopify, and Bill.com preferred. Experience with AP/AR, journal entries, and cash flow management. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
