Crestline Nursing Center is now hiring  RNs and LPNs for 8 or 12 hour shifts for Full-Time Shifts who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. We are a 30-bed facility located in Crestline, OH. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

Seeking 2nd shift 3pm-11pm!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN/LPN:

• Providing nursing care within their scope of practice
• Performing appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Working cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Any other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN/LPN:

• Must have an active Certification as an RN/LPN
• Experience preferred, not required
