About Lerner Tower 4 Lerner Tower 4 is a 30 bed adult inpatient care unit that primarily provides care for neurology and neurosurgical patients. Within the unit there is also a neuro intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level neuro patients can be cared for.
