Business Operations Manager

Business Operations Manager responsible for enabling Product Management and Marketing leadership through operational support, business planning & analytics, and cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

• Manage executive calendars for OCI Product Management & Marketing leadership.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, and decision-support materials.
• Conduct analysis to support organizational planning efforts.
• Track action items and ensure accountability across the leadership team.

Program & Project Management

• For key initiatives, support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, etc.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Financial & Budget Management

• Manage organizational operating budgets and forecasting activities.
• Track spend against budget and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support annual planning, headcount forecasting, and investment prioritization.
• Partner with Finance on business reviews and planning cycles.

Operational Excellence

• Measure and analyze team and project effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Improve organizational processes, governance, and operational cadence.
• Manage leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and organizational initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
• Facilitate decision-making among senior leaders.
• Represent executive leadership in meetings and follow-up activities as needed.

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.35 to $63.65 per hour; from: $65,200 to $132,400 per annum. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
