What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a stepdown setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in patient and family education regarding ongoing treatments and health management
• Document patient information accurately in EMR (Epic)
• Maintain professional standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ensure compliance with all facility and legal requirements

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid New Hampshire RN license or ability to obtain one quickly
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
• 1+ year clinical experience in a stepdown or similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience using Epic EMR system
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
