Property Coordinator
As a CBRE Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies.
Prepare and distribute the property newsletter on a monthly basis.
Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes communicating with tenants, vendors and guests.
Maintain files, including insurance certificates and leases.
Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Coordinator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Coordinator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour]. The compensation yield to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
