HVAC Sales Associate

Description

As an HVAC sales representative, your responsibilities will include generating sales and fostering customer relationships. Candidate must have 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry. The area is north of 10th Avenue and Lake Worth Beach. Commission-based salary with weekly draw and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Visit Customers
• Take Orders
• Provide order assistance
• Maintain customer relationships
• Lead generation and outreach directed toward contractors, builders, and property owners in the HVAC industry
• Develop and nurture meaningful connections with clients old and new to boost retention rates and sales
• Keep an awareness of market developments, new trends, and key competitors to remain competitive in all markets
• Work with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure that projects are completed smoothly and that customers are satisfied
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

Qualifications

• A strong employment track record

• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Proficient use of sales tools, including customer relationship management (CRM)
• Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
