Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of employment. Maintain current certification consistently throughout your tenure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
