Lead Organizational Change Analyst

Role Description

Plays a key role in ensuring that projects and initiatives reach their full potential by ensuring all impacted business, financial, operational and other stakeholders are prepared for and embrace change. Focuses on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

• Designs, develops and executes change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.
• Works with and coaches project stakeholders, leaders and teams to develop strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance.
• Ensures that all documentation coming out of the program is in line with the ultimate change management strategy and plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Plays a key role in business process workshops to understand the current and future state business processes.
• Assesses the change impacts on the organization and roles.
• Partners with a Communications lead to ensure targeted messaging accurately describes the change to appropriate audiences.
• Partners with training experts to develop a training program that ensures end users are engaged, knowledgeable, and able to adopt change during the implementation phase.
• Leads the effort to identify measurement methodologies to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
• Issues regular reports to project leadership, escalating risks that may lead to an unsuccessful launch of projects.
• Develops and executes against a comprehensive, actionable, and targeted change management plan.
• Applies a structured approach and methodology for the five change management domains related to the people-side of change.
• Develops and conducts readiness assessments, analyzes results, and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to integrate change management plans/activities into overall project plan.
• Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on the management of changes.
• Builds and leads a sponsorship coalition, including the executive sponsor, leaders/managers, designated project champions, and stakeholders.
• Provides organizational change consultations and/or training to project teams/sponsors for assigned engagements.
• Keeps current with business and strategic goals.
• Participates in the development and review of procedures for communications, training, change management, and project lifecycle processes.
• Attends webinars, reads case studies and white papers, and participates in other opportunities to further refine skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Business or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience establishing and implementing organizational change management and support required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience working with consulting resources preferred.
• Experience with higher education, larger medical center or large complex and distributed enterprise preferred.

• Strong group facilitation skills with demonstrated experience turning working session notes into high-quality deliverables required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, colleagues and staff required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with and through others required.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges required.
• Strong organizational problem solving and root cause identification skills required.

Benefits

• Compensation Range: $86,900.00 - $130,300.00
• Regular full-time position with a scheduled weekly hours of 40.
• Remote work opportunity.
