Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves supporting senior attorneys in managing cases from filing through resolution. Duties Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation process. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Support depositions, including preparation of materials and summaries. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefs. Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial. Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision. Maintain organized case files and track deadlines. Requirements Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. 1-2 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred). Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Exposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
