Job Overview The Field Store Associate will primarily drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores by engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, and providing exceptional customer service while managing merchandising. Responsibilities Engage customers in Paint and Pro departments to drive sales. Generate customer leads and implement sales and marketing programs. Provide exceptional customer service and manage merchandising. Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high product quality and visual standards. Keep current with product features and update in-store information. Schedule & Location Location: Lowe’s Store #95 – 4120 Dowlen Rd, Beaumont, TX 77706. Schedule: Part‑time; weekdays, afternoons, weekends as needed. Schedule may change based on business needs.
