As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri – 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat – 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun – 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, property-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
