Job Description

Summary

• The Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordinator will provide administrative support to Quality and Logistics teams during a critical natural dye transition initiative.

• Responsible for BOM maintenance, spreadsheet management, data validation, documentation control, and project tracking activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality and Logistics teams with administrative tasks related to BOM maintenance and updates.

• Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets used for project tracking and progress monitoring.

• Perform data entry and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

• Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining documentation related to BOM changes.

• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and verify information as needed.

• Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving data-related issues.

• Prepare reports, summaries, and tracking documents as requested.

• Support other project-related administrative activities as assigned.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Previous experience supporting logistics, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, or project teams.

• Experience working with large data sets, spreadsheets, or product information systems.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Experience performing administrative support and data entry activities.

• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, or project teams preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based work.

• Frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment.

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
