TIG Welder - Aerospace Manufacturing

Selmet is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our precision aerospace casting operation in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will perform high-quality GTAW welding on titanium and other aerospace alloys, working from blueprints, weld procedures, and engineering specifications. You will set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds using gauges and visual standards, and document results per quality requirements. The position requires strict adherence to safety, cleanliness, and aerospace quality standards while collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
