Position Overview

Tony Castle Farmers Agency is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Lubbock, TX for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers, explain their coverage choices, and follow through to bind new policies
• Schedule meetings and walk potential customers through each step of the sale
• Communicate fluently with Spanish- and English-speaking policyholders
• Keep your activity log and sales pipeline current in the agency database
• Deliver on outreach quotas and monthly sales benchmarks
• Attend training sessions and work through licensing coursework

Qualifications

• New to the industry? We'll teach you everything you need
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred
• An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
• Open to completing the licensing the position calls for
• A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $50,000-$80,000 per year

The figure shown is total compensation (base salary, commission, and bonus). Pay rises with your results, and our strongest team members earn above this range.
