Commercial Operations SpecialistWe're seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support a global oncology commercial team by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and keeping key business processes moving from start to finish. This role will support HCP engagement activities, contracting, purchase orders, and compliance workflows while building clear trackers, governance, and business-ready presentations/materials.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end HCP engagement process, including coordination with business owners, cross-functional partners, and internal stakeholders.Facilitate contracting activities by monitoring progress, coordinating required inputs, identifying potential delays, and helping move agreements through the appropriate internal processes.Support the purchase order lifecycle, including initiation, tracking, issue identification, and coordination through completion.Guide business teams through applicable research compliance processes and internal requirements.Serve as a central point of coordination across functions, ensuring activities, decisions, and next steps remain organized and on schedule.Proactively monitor workflows and deliverables, identify potential risks or process gaps, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues.Develop, organize, and refine PowerPoint presentations and other materials for business and leadership discussions.Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items, and follow-up activities involving multiple internal teams.Gather information and data from disparate sources, synthesize key findings, and present the information in a clear, structured, and actionable format.Create and maintain trackers, project plans, governance documents, status reports, and other tools that improve visibility and accountability.Help establish structure, processes, and governance for broader commercial initiatives and special projects.Provide additional project coordination and operational support based on changing business priorities and team needs.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree required.Prior pharmaceutical industry experience required; commercial operations or oncology experience preferred.Experience supporting HCC Compliance, business operations, project coordination, HCP engagement, contracting, purchase orders, compliance, or related processes.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across teams.Strong, written, verbal, and communication skills.Ability to organize information from multiple sources into clear presentations, trackers, and business materials.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a changing environment.Ability to work onsite at least three days per week onsite in Raritan, NJ.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
