Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Albemarle, NC. This role focuses on home health services, providing care to adult patients with various chronic diseases and post-orthopedic surgery needs. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will schedule and conduct patient visits, working closely with a supportive clinical team.

- BLS certification and state licensure required
- Experience in geriatric/pediatric, chronic disease management, and OASIS-E
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Home Health
- Proficiency in Home Care Home Base EMR
