Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.About the Team:Shopee Video is a short-form video feature for users to watch videos and create videos for entertainment consumption and driving sales.The Shopee Video Project team is a cross-department and cross-functional project team, with core members coming from the Marketing and BD departments.The Shopee Video Marketing team is responsible for:Planning and executing all user-facing Video initiatives, including but not limited to communications, marketing BAU and campaign programs.Performance tracking, data analysis, incentive design, and budgetingCollaborate with the Regional and Local Products teams to ensure key features are in place to drive the Video project objectives.Job Description:Develop strategies for Shopee Video user initiatives and communicationsOverall project management of work streams to ensure initiatives push through on timeSet realistic and aspirational targets for Shopee Video user metrics and work towards achieving resultsLead a working team of junior members to provide timely coaching and deliver business resultsProvide data-driven insights to manage resources and deliver effective resultsRequirements:Bachelor's degree and have 7 years equivalent industry experience from e-commerce/ Tech firms.Proficient skills in Excel and good at data analyzing meaningful trends, familiar with formulas and Pivot Tables.Strong problem-solving and prioritizationExperience in People Management, capable of coaching junior members to accomplish projects and deliver on time with quality resultsPossess strong Project Management skills, can manage complex programs and drive change quickly.Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Capable and confident in presenting and discussing strategic topics with Senior management #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
