ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Robert Boerner Insurance & Financial Services Inc, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. While doing this you will be a director of traffic in the office. You would help customers understand their risk needs along with aligning Insurance and Financial services that aligns to their individual goals. Working with customer on problem solving issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Call new customers, prospect current and future customers
• Speak on the phone and or zoom with customers
• Assist in scheduling for the office
• Keep a good positive culture in the office 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
