Drafter

Position Title: Drafter Wage: $25.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday) We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our team in Schofield, WI. This position is responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and layouts to support manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Drafter Responsibilities: Create and revise detailed technical drawings and layouts Interpret specifications, sketches, and engineering documents Collaborate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy Maintain drawing files and documentation Verify dimensions and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Assist with design modifications and process improvements Follow company safety policies and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds35 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience with 2D AutoCAD preferred Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 is a plus Previous drafting or manufacturing experience preferred Benefits: Health insurance with the company paying 75% of employee premiums 401(k) with up to 4% company contribution Annual wage increases based on performance Bonus opportunities based on yearly company sales (not guaranteed) We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
