Regulatory Manager

We’re currently recruiting a North America Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory activities across the US and Canada, with support for Mexico. What you will do: Lead and develop the North American Regulatory team Drive compliance across EPA, TSCA, FIFRA, PMRA, FDA & OSHA Own key regulatory programs and compliance strategy Partner with Sales, Procurement, R&D, Operations and senior leadership Manage customer regulatory requirements and product documentation Own the Intelligence Authoring SDS platform Drive continuous improvement across regulatory processes What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline 10+ years' regulatory experience Strong experience within the US chemical regulatory environment Detailed knowledge of TSCA & FIFRA Proven leadership and team development experience Strong commercial, organizational and problem-solving skills If you're an experienced regulatory professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact and influence the direction of a growing business , this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. #J-18808-Ljbffr NEXHR
