Real Estate Paralegal – Shelton, CTFind out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.We are working with a well-established Connecticut law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Real Estate team. This is a hands-on transactional role with a strong emphasis on real estate closings, while also providing the opportunity to support a sophisticated commercial and residential real estate practice.The ideal candidate will have meaningful real estate transactional experience and be comfortable supporting matters from contract through closing and post-closing. Strong closing experience is particularly important, including preparing closing statements, coordinating closing figures and documents, and keeping transactions moving toward completion.The practice handles a mix of commercial and high-end residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financings, refinancings, and other transactional work.Qualifications:5+ years of real estate paralegal experience preferredStrong experience with real estate closings and commercial and/or residential transactionsExperience preparing closing statements, coordinating closing figures and documents, and reviewing title and other due diligence materialsAbility to independently manage transactions, closings, and competing deadlinesStrong organizational, communication, and client-service skills with excellent attention to detailMust be authorized to work in the U.S.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate paralegal who enjoys being actively involved in transactions and wants to play an important role in a busy and established real estate practice.Candidates with strong Connecticut real estate transactional and closing experience are particularly encouraged to apply.About UsMarina Sirras & Associates LLC is a boutique legal recruiting firm committed to connecting exceptional legal talent with top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments nationwide.
