Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a genuine impact supporting students in grades K-8 as a part-time School Physical Therapist in the upcoming summer program and the following academic year. In this role, you’ll dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to students, helping them achieve their physical development goals. Your expertise will be valued not only during the summer school term (July 7–30, 2026), but also throughout the 2026–2027 school year (August 24, 2026–June 11, 2027). With a focus on K-8 learners, you’ll play a crucial part in creating adaptive strategies that enable every student to thrive.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in K-8
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a flexible, part-time schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group physical therapy services in alignment with students’ IEPs or 504 plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student success
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress reports
• Serve as an integral member of IEP meetings and student planning
• Adapt sessions to meet diverse needs within the school environment
