Job Summary The Payroll Specialist will assist Payroll Manager in processing weekly payroll and maintain accurate time. records. Research paycheck or direct deposits issues. Records and processes Certified Payrolls Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with Excel, using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software. Must have good communication skills. Must have a good understanding of keeping employee records confidential. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of experience in payroll preferred.
