We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused  Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. This position combines showroom sales, project design, estimating, and customer relationship management.

Position Summary

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will guide customers through the selection of cabinetry, countertops, and related products while creating functional and attractive designs. You will manage projects from initial consultation through final sale and work closely with customers, contractors, and internal team members to ensure a successful outcome.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in the showroom to discuss project goals and requirements.
• Design kitchen, bathroom, and other cabinetry layouts using design software.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for cabinetry and countertop projects.
• Assist customers with product selections including cabinets, countertops, sinks, hardware, and accessories.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, fabricators, and vendors.
• Conduct job site measurements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.
• Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, and industry professionals.
• Achieve sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, especially in kitchen, bath, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, or home improvement.
• Design experience or ability to learn kitchen and bath design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Comfortable reading floor plans and construction drawings.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2020 Design or similar kitchen design software.
• Knowledge of cabinetry construction and countertop materials.
• Experience in residential remodeling or construction.

Schedule

• Part-time or Full-time
• Monday–Saturday, 2 days off per week guaranteed
