We are currently seeking a  Production Improvement Specialist  to help drive operational excellence across our Distribution Centers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about process improvement, data-driven decision making, and building more efficient, scalable operations.

What You?ll Do

? Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and 6S methodologies
? Analyze processes, identify waste, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality
? Facilitate value stream mapping and cross-functional improvement projects
? Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
? Partner with Distribution Center leaders to standardize processes and implement best practices
? Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) adoption and process compliance
? Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
? Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
? Support change management initiatives tied to process and system improvements
? Travel to various locations to support implementation and sustainment

Requirements

? 1?5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and/or operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment
? Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 6S, or similar process improvement methodologies
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Experience leading projects and driving change across teams
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
? Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
? Experience with WMS or ERP systems
? Background in building materials, manufacturing, or distribution
