Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit Job Type: FT | Days $10,000 - $20,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus (Pro-Rated for Part-Time) Wage scale: $40.81 - $75.65 per hour This is a Union Position. Department/Unit Summary The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the Intensive Care Unit. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS, ACLS, TNCC required
• 1 year of experience required
