Job Summary

• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Duration: 1 day assignment
• Start Date: June 15, 2026
• End Date: June 16, 2026
• Care Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Position Type: Full-time schedule with 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts
• Shift Details: Includes night shifts, variable by week
• Number of Beds: 7 ORs in main Surgery, 4 ORs at Surgi-Center
• Procedures: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, vascular

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Must be licensed in WA
• Board Certification: Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Required in adult and pediatric anesthesia
• Vaccination: Required
• Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
