Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring that the daily operations of the organization operate efficiently. As a CSS, aka CCM, you'll strive to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and full‑service operations. Responsibilities Convert phone calls and form leads to scheduled consultations Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web and form leads Gain commitment from customers to schedule in‑home consultations Create quotes for VA and client reviews. Timely follow‑up on quotes and schedules to improve completion rates. Scheduling field installations Process invoices and customer payments Assist with tracking and ordering inventory Run reports essential to business operations Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a solution‑focused approach Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Requirements 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1-2 years in related fields Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving; Ability to determine solutions for customers Must be results‑orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills Manage multiple priorities seamlessly Stellar time management skills Strong customer service focus Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively Proficiency with CRM software and customer service platforms Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment A customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service About Us 101Mobility LLC is a trusted provider in the OKC and Tulsa areas.
