Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed assessments of movement, strength, and functional limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment strategies that align with each patient’s goals and needs, clearly communicating these plans to both patients and their families.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, continuously adapting strategies based on patient progress and emerging healthcare best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive patient care through regular communication and documentation of changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to departmental performance goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, seminars, and pursuing further education opportunities, while also serving as a clinical instructor for interns and new team members.

Qualifications

• A valid Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active physical therapy license in the State of Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
