You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.The Work:As a UKG HR Lead & Escalation Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding operations, improving processes, and ensuring governance and compliance across client environments.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting and enabling team members to deliver high-quality solutionsLeading the rollout of new processes and identifying opportunities to improve existing workflowsConducting audits to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Maintaining governance standards and facilitating administrative oversightJob Responsibilities:Functional Knowledge:Strong experience with HR processesEscalation Management:Ability to support all aspects of configuration, implementation, enhancement, and escalationsDocumentation & Training:Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including training materials and implementation plansData Analysis & Communication:Analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholdersThought Leadership:Drive continuous improvement by developing new processes, methodologies, and tools based on practical experience and best practicesTeam Development:Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to consulting teams Governance & Compliance:Lead escalation governance meetings and ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are metTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready HR Core and Value Add Modules (Performance, Compensation, Benefits, People Analytics, ACA, and Learning)Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. HR compliance, including federal regulations and best practicesBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceBonus Points If:You have team lead experienceYou have experience working with offshore teammatesYou have UKG Ready CertificationsYou have led customer escalationsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
