Property Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Performs a wide range of maintenance tasks, including remodeling painting, sheet rock installation, power washing, electrical work, basic HVAC repairs, roofing, concrete work, and general building repairs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Performs remodeling, painting, sheet rock installation, and other building repairs as needed.
• Plans and executes maintenance projects in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conducts power washing, electrical repairs, and basic HVAC maintenance.
• Performs roofing repairs and concrete work.
• Communicates effectively with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Handles trash clean-up, including disposal of hazardous materials such as needles and drugs, in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintains cleanliness and functionality of city buildings, including cleaning parking decks and maintaining elevators.
• Repairs and maintains toilets, sinks, lights, and other fixtures in city buildings on a daily basis.
• Conducts regular inspections of city buildings to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Assists with maintaining the Farmer's Market, including repairs to fans and cleaning up trash and debris.
• Provides pest control services to city buildings as needed.
• Works with the Police Department to board up drug houses and assists with other tasks related to the Drug Task Force.
• Performs maintenance and repairs at family parks, including painting bathrooms, benches, and repairing lights and toilets.
• Completes roofing repairs on city buildings as required.
• Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; and five of years of relevant experience. Preferred certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
