Job Description

Current project and manpower needs is at Morgan State University in Baltimore MD. This is a new construction, outdoor job site in a setting where you are required to work in the elements. We are looking for Masonry/Stone workers, with at least 3+ years of experience doing this work in a Commercial New Construction environment. The sub-contractor completing this project also specializes in restoration and concrete work as well.

Must be able to provide your own PPE and tools

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools

• Clean and prepare job sites

• Assist other restoration technicians

• Mix, place, consolidate, and assist in forming, finishing, and stripping formwork

• Mix and apply materials for covering or cleaning masonry surfaces

• This sub-contractor is based out of Harrisburg PA.

• They will conduct a video interview prior to starting at Morgan State University job.

• They specialize in commercial restoration, masonry, and concrete work.

• Backlog of projects taking place in the Baltimore and Maryland area for the next few years.

• If traveling in the future, they will offer per diem.

• Looking to hire Aerotek contractors on directly after 4 month temp to hire contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
