Human Resources Assistant

Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources Department in delivering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing confidential information. The Human Resources Assistant will be a key point of contact for employee inquiries, helping maintain compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries (in person, by phone, and by email). Issue written warnings and ensure all employee documentations are accurate and up-to-date. Distribute and manage HR paperwork (ex: contracts, disciplinary forms, benefits documentation, etc.). Assist in administering employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related questions. Maintain and manage access to HR systems and employee portals (e.g., time tracking, payroll, onboarding platforms). Ensure HR records and files are organized and confidential. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist with reporting and audits when necessary. Translate and interpret documents and communication in English/Spanish.. Qualifications Proven experience in an HR or administrative support role Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance and a 401 (k) program.
