Job Summary:
We are hiring a Medical Technologist for a full-time night shift opportunity in Port Charlotte, FL. This role is ideal for laboratory professionals with experience in multiple clinical laboratory disciplines who thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• Competitive Pay: $27.09 – $37.92/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely clinical laboratory testing
• Analyze and report patient results
• Perform quality control and troubleshooting procedures
• Review pending and result logs for timely completion
• Handle critical and STAT testing within turnaround time goals
• Assist with department operations when needed

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Technologist experience
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License
• Generalist experience highly preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• • Blood Bank
  • Hematology
  • Chemistry
  • Microbiology
