AWS Certified Welder

We are seeking an experienced AWS Certified Welder to join our aerospace NDT team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication work in accordance with industry, customer, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication operations in accordance with AWS standards and company procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Operate welding, fabrication, and related shop equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production, repair, and custom fabrication projects as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality requirements
• Collaborate with production, quality, and inspection teams to meet customer and project deadlines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current AWS welding certification required
• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Mechatronics experience or machining skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
