Supervisor Construction- Telecom

Supervisor Construction - Telecom Responsible for managing telecommunication construction crews; ensuring installation, maintenance, and/or repair of equipment safely, timely, and accurately. Requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction and supervising people, familiarity with equipment, and problem‑solving ability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead crews to complete installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in the completion of daily production goals Supervise day‑to‑day activities and progress, establish guidance on execution and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables Coordinate with team to invoice jobs in a timely manner Ensure all safety policies, OSHA, DOT, and special project requirements are followed by each crew assignment Report any on‑the‑job employee incidents or vehicle incidents, including job damage, employee injury, and vehicle accidents Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist in an assigned area, department, or project Identify and correct issues and risks, and assist in developing response plans to resolve challenges in completing a project Responsible for training and mentoring the team Manage equipment repair and maintenance in partnership with the safety and fleet teams Interface with customers frequently to discuss needs and goals Qualifications Be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Pass a background check and company drug screening Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record Experience working in telecommunications or utility construction Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high‑quality results and teamwork Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates ability to perform the designated job duties and responsibilities Ability to understand and carry out instructions, and resolve problems with multiple variables Ability to read, understand, and interpret documents such as safety rules, machine manuals, and process procedures; write reports and speak effectively to customers, coworkers, and vendors Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely work in the elements; at heights; occasional entry into crawl spaces and remote locations; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; perform repetitive motions such as squeezing, fine hand motion, bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 55 pounds without assistance Occasionally use ladder, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment Benefits Weekly Paychecks Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays Insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life) 401(k) with Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Education Reimbursement Legal Insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and more Why Grow Your Career With Us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
