Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) or Remote Job Summary Reporting to the VP of Campaign Yield Optimization, the Director of Yield Management is a player-coach role, owning portfolio-level yield strategy across our Direct and Programmatic revenue channels and across both product lines — the Waiting Room Network (DOOH) and Precision (mobile app). You'll design the frameworks governing floor prices, inventory packaging, deal structures, and auction settings, bridging both ecosystems into a coordinated, data-driven operation that maximizes monetization while protecting client performance. You'll manage a direct report and partner closely with Adops, Sales, Data and Executive teams to keep the org aligned on yield health.
