Staffing Coordinator

We offer the Following: Premium Compensation Great Benefits Package Professional Growth & Stability Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift – 9a-5p with some flexibility Monday to Friday Work Location: One location Responsibilities Develop and maintain the master nursing schedule. Prepare daily matrix sheets and work diligently to fill. Communicate with Staffing Agencies as needed. Track all attendance of staff and ensure there is coverage and make-up weekends are scheduled. Maintains records on vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, holidays, excused and unexcused absences, and recommends appropriate action. Works with the Director of Nursing to schedule training classes. Maintain float and mandating list. Follow Union guidelines. Keep within the nursing budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Must be string in Excel and Word) High School diploma or higher Must possess sensitivity in understanding employees' needs while maintaining a sense of balance to ensure that staffing requirements are met for the facility. Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate Work independently Requirements Must possess the following skill sets to qualify for this position!
