About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and organizational evolution. This high-visibility, high-impact position demands a business-minded HR leader with a hands-on approach, capable of shaping culture, talent strategy, and operational scaling. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor on organizational strategy, leading the HR function across various domains, coaching and developing managers, and driving a high-performance culture. The role also involves supporting M&A integration efforts and attracting and retaining top talent in a demanding, high-accountability environment. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in PE-backed, high-growth, or rapidly evolving organizations. M&A experience is a plus. The role requires a leader with a blend of small-company agility and larger-organization polish, who is comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a sense of urgency. The VP of HR will be expected to combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution, operate with grit and resilience, and build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
