What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day Human Resources functions of the facility. Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and new-hire orientation. Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and improve recruitment and retention. Ensure new employees have a smooth, welcoming, and timely onboarding experience. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns. Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate employee files, credentials, documentation, and HR records. Manage performance management processes, corrective actions, and employee relations matters. Assist with benefits, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and other HR-related programs. Monitor required licenses, certifications, background checks, health screenings, and other employment requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Track HR and staffing trends and work with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement. Partner closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and department leaders to support the facility's staffing and operational goals. What We're Looking For Previous Human Resources experience required. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), long-term care, healthcare, or similar experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
