Bomberger's Store is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Flooring and Cabinets Order Processor to join our team. Summary of this position:

Completes order entry, purchasing of flooring, cabinets, countertops, and accessories and finalizes billing by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reviews customer orders and orders all material required for customer; checks order confirmation for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.

· Creates and enters SKU’s for any new items as needed and creates purchase orders (will also be responsible to match purchase orders to packing slips)

· Physically receives hardware orders and inspects for damage or missing pieces.

· Communicates effectively both internally (with different departments) and externally (with customers)

· Modifies new invoices for customers and builders and updates items as product arrive , prepares invoices for payments and issues credits when necessary

· Tracks backordered items

· Prepares merchandise for return and sends to warehouse.

· Runs and reviews various reports.

· Maintains files and creates and organizes billing packets.

Education Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
