As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
